Ordering is simple.

b) We will reply to you on the stock availability, total amount to pay & our bank account details for making payment.

c) Once payment is received, we will deliver the items on the next working day through Pos Laju. Usually, it takes about 1 working day to deliver within Klang Valley. Other parts of West Malaysia will usually need 2 working days to deliver. For East Malaysia, add 1 more working day.

Delivery Charges (Pos Laju):

Penisular M'sia: RM7 (1-2pcs)

East M'sia: RM9 (1-2pcs)

~Return Policy~

Requests for exchange may be made, if:

1. We delivered wrong item, wrong colour or wrong pattern.

2. We delivered damaged item. Every item is carefully checked before deliver.

We DO NOT exchange due to the following reasons:

1. Slight colour difference. Real object colour might be slightly different from the photo due to different monitor colour settings.

2. The apparel doesn't look as good as the customer thought.

3. The customer doesn't like the style, pattern or colour.

4. The defect is caused by the customer's careless handling after the delivery.

5. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Requests to exchange must be made within 3 days after the item is received.

2. Returned/exchanged item must be in its original packaging with original tags and accessories, unwashed and unaltered.

3. Delivery charges of returning & resending the item are to be beared by customers unless it is a direct fault from us. We strongly recommend customers to deliver back the item using traceable service such as Pos Laju.

4. We reserve the rights to change the terms & conditions on return policy without prior notice.
